Scope of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Seat Circle website and service. By applying or joining a table, you accept these terms. The text is a draft and will undergo legal review before launch. The service is provided by [company name].
The service
Seat Circle offers participation in small social coffee tables held every Friday at 20:00 in İzmir. Based on the compatibility test you complete, an algorithm places you at a table of 5-7 people (ideally 6), and every table is manually reviewed and approved by our team. What we provide is the right to join/reserve a table; we do not guarantee that you will be matched with specific people.
Application schedule
Applications for a given Friday table close at 23:59 on the Wednesday of that week. After that time the table composition is finalised, so new applications or changes may not be accepted for that week. Your approval status and table details will be communicated to you.
18+ requirement and approval
The service is for people aged 18 and over only. When you apply you declare that you are over 18; we reserve the right to verify this where needed. Every application is also subject to manual approval. We may decline an application without giving a reason if we find it unsuitable, or remove a participant who breaches the community guidelines.
Price and payment
The participation fee is shown only at the payment step. One-time participation and monthly subscription options may be offered. If you choose a monthly subscription, it renews periodically until cancelled; you can manage your subscription through the payment provider or by contacting our support team. Payments are collected through Stripe; your card details are not stored by us.
Cancellation, postponement and no-show
Conditions relating to cancellation, postponement, tables not forming, and not attending (no-show) are explained in detail in the Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these terms. If you cannot attend a table you have been approved for, we ask you to let us know as early as possible.
Conduct rules
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, to join as your real self, to treat everyone at the table with respect, and to follow the Community Guidelines. We may suspend or terminate access for participants who breach the rules.
Limitation of liability
Seat Circle facilitates a meeting setting; it is not directly responsible for the behaviour of people at the table, for incidents at the venue, or for relationships between participants. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for indirect damages is limited. It is your responsibility to look after your own safety and take reasonable precautions in a public venue. This clause does not limit your consumer rights under applicable law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page. Disputes relating to these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the competent courts and enforcement offices are determined under applicable law.
